2. Service Description
ViralClip AI is an AI-powered video creation platform that generates short-form vertical videos from text prompts. The service includes script generation, image creation, voiceover synthesis, and video compositing.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ViralClip AI. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Free accounts receive 3 video credits per month
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- Credits do not roll over between billing periods
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all videos generated through ViralClip AI. You grant us a limited license to process and store your content for service delivery. You are solely responsible for the content you create and its distribution.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ViralClip AI to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Create misleading deepfakes or impersonate real individuals
- Produce content promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination
- Circumvent usage limits or abuse the platform
- Resell access to the service without authorization
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Content generated by our AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for all purposes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee any specific engagement outcomes.
8. Limitation of Liability
ViralClip AI is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, content removal by third-party platforms, or AI generation errors.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
